The introductory Annual Percentage Rate (APR) of 1.99% will be offered to any new Home Equity Line of Credit (HELOC) applications submitted during this time period. Offer not available for existing Home Equity Line of Credit Accounts. The introductory APR of 1.99% will be in effect for 9 monthly billing cycles beginning on the date of account opening. After the introductory period ends, any and all remaining balances will automatically convert to the variable APR per the terms of the Home Equity Line of Credit agreement.
The HELOC is an open-ended variable rate loan based on the Wall Street Journal Prime Rate + margin. After the introductory period, the rate on the HELOC will revert to the Wall Street Journal Prime Rate (5.50% as of December 20, 2018) + a margin (which is based on the consumers credit score at the time of application). As an example the range of possible rates as of the date of this advertisement are 5.50% - 6.75%. Prime rate may change at any time and is subject to change without notice. Minimum rate is Prime and maximum rate is 18% throughout the life of the loan. No prepayment penalties. One-time origination fee of $100.00. No additional closing costs unless loan amount exceeds $250,000 as title insurance would be required. Cost of title insurance varies based on loan amount requested (minimum fee of $1930.09 or greater based on loan amount requested). Property insurance is required.
