Victor has lived in Canonsburg all his life and is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh. Prior to joining Washington Financial, Victor has worked in the financial industry for 14 years. At the Bank, he works primarily at the Canonsburg branch helping customers determine their financial needs and investment goals.
Currently, Victor resides with his wife, Kathleen, in Eighty Four. He is active in many community service organizations such as the American Respiratory Alliance, Cornerstone Care, and the Canonsburg-Houston Rotary Club. Additionally, he acts as president for the Ohio Valley Community Band, where he plays the trumpet.
Victor believes that there is a dramatic need for financial guidance now more than ever, and he understands the importance of having a trusting relationship with his clients.
