Terri Golden
Customers are treated as people instead of account numbers… Terri Golden Assistant Vice President and Branch Manager, Valley Brook

Terri was born and raised in Canonsburg, PA. Upon graduating, she moved to Garards Fort, where she lived on a farm and raised two children. Prior to working in the banking industry, Terri acted as a scuba instructor and co-owned a scuba shop. Throughout her life, Terri has developed a pay-it-forward outlook on life. “My philosophy is that we’re all in this life together, and it’s up to each of us to help with the journey,” she said.

Terri holds a position on Board of Directors for the Washington/Greene Blind Association and is involved with the Peters Township Chamber of Commerce. She is also involved with Thanksgiving Meals on Wheels and Canonsburg’s “Lunch with Santa.” Terri also enjoys bargain shopping, baking, anything outdoors, and spending time with her friends.

As the Assistant Vice President and Branch Manager of the Bank’s first eco-friendly office, Terri loves the amount of natural light. She believes that it has a big impact on the customers and employees because everyone feels more vibrant. She feels that the best part about her job is the fact that both customers and employees have a voice. “Customers are treated as people instead of account numbers,” she said. “I came from a bigger institution, where they were a number not a person. It’s important to develop relationships with customers and give them a voice.”
