Customers need a bank and a lender that will work with them…Stan Kudla Vice President and Business Banking Officer, Wexford
Throughout his professional career, Stan has worked for banks that have a strong commitment to their communities. He graduated from Washington and Jefferson College in 1976 and has worked in the financial industry since then. One of his first tasks was to develop policy and procedure manuals for every department. This task gave him a comprehensive knowledge of every aspect of the bank and attracted him to lending. Stan has worked in consumer and commercial lending for 19 years.
Stan is an active member of the North Allegheny Chamber of Commerce and is involved on his church’s committees. He enjoys spending time with his family and walking on the river trail with his dog. During the summer, Stan enjoys working in his garden to grow tomatoes, peppers, beans, and other vegetables.
Stan was initially attracted to Washington Financial because of the Bank’s leadership and strong commitment to the community. He believes that the Bank gives him the ability to serve a community need. As a commercial lender, he learns how his customers run their business and develops loans that meet their unique financial needs. “Customers need a bank and a lender that will work with them,” he said. “Not everyone is going to fit in the same mold. At Washington Financial, we try to tailor fit our loans to best meet their needs.”
