Meet Your Banker

Rob Vettorel
A long-term, trusting relationship with the customer is our most important asset… Rob Vettorel Vice President of Wealth Management and Registered Representative, South Main Street

Rob first became interested in finance at a young age when his grandfather taught him about stocks and mutual funds. He grew up on a dairy farm in Avella, PA and went on to graduate from Mount Union College where he majored in Finance and earned minors in Sociology and Philosophy. Rob has 13 years of experience as a registered representative and owns his own company in Southpointe.

Currently, Rob resides in Washington, where he is near his two siblings. He enjoys watching his niece and nephew play soccer on the weekends. In his spare time, he reads, watches college football, roots for the Pittsburgh Penguins, and plays the occasional game of golf.

As a registered representative, Rob’s specialty includes working with business retirement plans and cash management accounts. He decided to head the Bank’s Wealth Management Division because he believes that the Bank’s customer-focused approach matched his own business strategy. “A long-term, trusting relationship with the customer is our most important asset,” he said. “Washington Financial puts their clients’ needs first, and I think their approach to relationship banking is one of the reasons the Bank has been around for over 100 years.”
