Meet Your Banker

Phillip Trozzi
We know our customers and can help them find solutions quickly. Phillip Trozzi Assistant Vice President and Branch Manager, Canonsburg

As a Monessen resident, Phil resides in the town where he was born and raised. After high school, he attended St. Vincent College and majored in Financial Administration. Phil has 31 years of banking experience. Prior to his position at Washington Financial, he was a branch manager for a bank in Bentleyville.

Phil acts as the Treasurer for the Canonsburg-Houston Rotary Club. The Club raises funds for non-profit organizations and scholarships for Canon-McMillan and Chartiers-Houston high school students. In his spare time, Phil enjoys attending sporting events and is a season ticket holder for the University of Pittsburgh’s football and basketball teams.

Phil enjoys working with his customers and helping them achieve their financial goals with loans and deposit products. He believes that one of the benefits to working at Washington Financial is that the decisions are made locally by people who live in the same neighborhoods as its customers. “Our customers come to us because we offer the same services as larger banks, but Washington Financial takes the time to learn what’s important to them,” he said. “We know our customers and can help them find solutions quickly.”
