Bill was born and raised in Bloomfield, PA. He earned his bachelor's degree in Finance and his master's degree from Duquesne University. Prior to working at Washington Financial, he held positions at Mellon Bank and Bank Pittsburgh.
Currently, Bill resides in Shaler Township with his wife and two children. He coaches his son's junior hockey league and volunteers doing paperwork at his daughter's dance studio. On the weekends, he and his family ride bikes along the Rails to Trails path.
As a commercial loan officer, Bill enjoys seeing a project from beginning to end. He feels that his customers add a lot of variety to his job because every request is different, and he works to negotiate the best possible loan for them. “I think my customers appreciate talking with the same person throughout this process,” he said. “I've worked at some larger banks where the customer has to deal with five different bankers in five years. At Washington Financial, they don't have to keep re-introducing themselves to their bank. They talk to you as long as you are here.”
