BauerFinancial is an independent company that analyzes the financial stability of all U.S. Banks and credit unions.

At Washington Financial, we operate under a different definition of "Relationship Banking" than most. Our customers truly are our primary focus and we demonstrate that by providing exceptional service and including you in every special we offer. We never require "new money" (funds currently not on deposit with us) to take advantage of our specials.
Growing to Meet Your Needs
The Bank continues to see growth in its premier club program, Lifestyle Plus. Lifestyle Plus offers periodic CD bonus rates, regional travel opportunities and a host of other benefits that reward you for being a customer.
As an alternative to Lifestyle Plus, the Bank developed a new club program to provide cash rewards for everyday banking activities. VALyou members accumulate points by swiping their debit card, using direct deposit and paying bills online. Each year, their points are automatically converted to a cash deposit into their statement savings account. As their points grow, so does their deposit. There's no limit to how much they can earn.
FinanceWorksTM, powered by Quicken® allows customers to view their complete financial picture. They may add accounts from thousands of other financial institutions and creditors, track their spending patterns and set up reminders when bills are due.
Environmentally Friendly
As the largest locally owned and operated financial institution headquartered in Washington County, Washington Financial remains committed to the people who live and work here. In fact, the Bank recently opened its first green branch, which marks the first green building in Peters Township. The new building was constructed to be as eco-friendly as possible and is an extension of Washington Financial's commitment to this community.
